Order Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 2–4 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable, as the cake preparation will have already begun.

Custom Cakes

Custom-designed cakes with personalized decorations, messages, or themes are non-refundable once the design and preparation process has started. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.

Product Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may request photos and additional details for review.

If the issue is verified, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Pickup & Delivery Problems

• Cakes not picked up on the agreed date are non-refundable.
• If incorrect delivery information is provided and results in a failed delivery, the order is non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver the cake (additional charges may apply).
