We may, in accordance with the law, forward the DMCA notice, including your contact information, to the person who posted the allegedly infringing material.
If you believe the content was removed by mistake, or due to misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification. To do so, provide the following information:
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it was before removal.
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the federal court in your district, or any U.S. district if you live outside the U.S., and consent to accept legal documents from the original complainant.
- Your signature.
Once the counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10–14 days, the content may be reinstated.
